Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using services, purchasing products, or accessing content offered by The Soft Ritual Co. By booking a session, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About The Soft Ritual Co.
The Soft Ritual Co. is a wellness brand offering private yoga instruction, corporate wellness programming, and wellness-related content and products. Services are provided by Hannah Davis and any designated collaborators operating under the brand.
2. Services Offered
The Soft Ritual Co. may offer the following services, subject to availability:
Private one-on-one yoga and Pilates sessions (in-person and virtual)
Group yoga instruction and workshops
Corporate wellness programs and consulting
Digital content, guides, and wellness resources
Referrals to third-party wellness practitioners
The specific terms of each service (duration, format, pricing) will be outlined at the time of booking or purchase.
3. Booking & Scheduling
3.1 Scheduling
All sessions must be booked in advance through the booking method specified on the website or by direct inquiry. Session times are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a confirmed agreement.
3.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session will receive a full credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability at no charge.
The Soft Ritual Co. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full credit or refund will be issued.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on our website. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars. Packages and bundles are non-refundable once sessions have commenced, but unused credits may be applied to future bookings at our discretion.
For corporate wellness engagements, payment terms will be set forth in a separate written agreement or proposal.
5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in yoga, Pilates, and wellness activities involves inherent physical risk. By participating in any session offered by The Soft Ritual Co., you agree to the following:
You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new physical practice, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
You will inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or health concerns prior to each session.
You assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in sessions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to follow all instructor guidance and to modify or discontinue activity if you experience pain or discomfort.
The Soft Ritual Co. prioritizes alignment and safety in all instruction. If at any time an instructor believes a session poses a risk to your health or safety, we reserve the right to modify or end the session.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created and shared by The Soft Ritual Co., including but not limited to session plans, written materials, guides, videos, website content, brand assets, and social media content, is the proprietary intellectual property of The Soft Ritual Co. and is protected by applicable copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any content from The Soft Ritual Co. without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of provided materials is permitted.
7. Privacy & Personal Information
We collect personal information (including name, contact details, and health-related information where relevant) solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
By booking or inquiring through our website or contact forms, you consent to receiving service-related communication from The Soft Ritual Co. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

8. Virtual Session Terms
For virtual sessions conducted via video call:
You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable, safe space with adequate room to move.
You are responsible for your own technology setup, including a stable internet connection.
Sessions will not be recorded without the express written consent of all parties.
The Soft Ritual Co. is not responsible for technical interruptions beyond our control. If a session is significantly disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a make-up session or credit.
9. Corporate Wellness Engagements
Corporate clients engaging The Soft Ritual Co. for workplace wellness programming agree to the following additional terms:
A written proposal or agreement will be provided and must be accepted prior to the commencement of services.
Corporate programs may have separate cancellation and payment policies as outlined in the applicable agreement.
The Soft Ritual Co. will maintain appropriate professional liability coverage for in-person corporate engagements.
Any modifications to program scope or schedule must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Soft Ritual Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
11. Modifications to Terms
The Soft Ritual Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
