In this 5-week summer program, you will create authentic & sustainable habits to help you move toward living a life aligned with your goals. This is a coach-led, community-based program designed to keep you accountable & help you feel supported. You will learn nervous system regulation techniques & habit-stacking systems designed to alleviate the symptoms of burnout, high cortisol, long-term stress, & trauma, so you can take your power back and start living a life from a place of abundance rather than survival.

How it works:
Weeks 1-2: We start with the foundations of regulating the nervous system — a daily body scan, a phoneless walk, 80 oz of water, and screen-free mornings and evenings. You will start to notice what truly does and doesn’t feel good during this time.
Week 2-4: We will start to layer in our routines and rituals each week based on things you truly love or are curious about trying. Each week, your practice grows one intentional layer at a time.
Week 5: You will have a complete morning or evening ritual that belongs entirely to you — one you built yourself, one you'll actually keep. You will also have nervous system regulation tools, meditation practice techniques, and built-out resources to help you stay on track as the program ends and your soft ritual continues…

About Your Program Lead
Hi, my name is Hannah, and I’m so glad you’ve landed here!
I’ve spent years of my life living in survival mode, experiencing everything from panic attacks to migraines to high cortisol to burnout, searching for a way to feel like I could finally truly feel in control of my life.
In 2023, I started my meditation practice and began to feel a sense of inner freedom. I got a glimpse into what it actually feels like to be my Self —and not only that, but what it feels like to be my future Self.
I started reading books about meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza, books about manifestation by Gabby Bernstein and Lacy Phillips, and books about creating better habits and discipline in my life like, “Atomic Habits” by James Clear. I knew that if I wanted to live the life I truly wanted to live, I had to rewire my subconscious and create new neural pathways of thoughts and behaviors that were actually in alignment with my future self.
The problem? My nervous system was still SO dysregulated that none of the habits I was trying to create or subconscious shifts I was trying to achieve were actually landing.
That’s when I found somatic work. In 2024, I started doing Liz Tenuto or “The Workout Witch”’s somatics courses to release stress and trauma from my body through small, gentle movements. Everything shifted for me again. The subconscious work I was doing finally started to land and my meditation practice became richer because my body finally felt safe enough to allow for new ways of thinking and being.
I created this program because I know what it’s like to feel so overwhelmed, while also knowing you need to make a change, but not knowing where to start. I’ve broken down what has taken me YEARS to learn about nervous system regulation, developing healthy habits, meditation, and manifestation into a 5-week program that is designed to help you get regulated, set up habits and routines that become your own sacred rituals, and start living a life that is YOURS. This is one of the most radical acts of self-care you can step into and one of the best investments you can make in yourself. I’m here to make this simple, fun, and effective so you can enjoy your summer AND start moving toward living a life as your most authentic Self.
FAQs
What if I miss a Sunday Zoom session?
Life happens, especially in summer. If you miss a session, a recording will be shared in the WhatsApp group so you can catch up at your own pace. That said, the live gatherings are where the magic tends to happen. I encourage you to protect that hour when you can, but this program is designed to be sustainable, not guilt-inducing, from the very start.
What if I'm traveling during the program?
This program was built with summer in mind, which means it was built knowing that life doesn't pause. Your core practices — meditation, journaling, your walk, your water — are portable. You don't need a yoga mat, a studio, or a perfect morning to show up for yourself. Some of the most powerful moments in a program like this happen when you do the practice somewhere unexpected.
What is “habit stacking”?
Habit stacking is the practice of attaching a new behavior to an existing one. Instead of finding time for something new, you anchor it to something you already do automatically. For example, after my morning coffee → I do my body scan → I journal for five minutes. The existing habit acts as a trigger, and over time, the new practice becomes just as automatic. It's one of the most well-researched methods for building lasting habits, so it’s one of the core pillars in how this program is designed. BUT I put a twist on habit stacking for women in my program to make it feel less rigid and “automatic”, and more enjoyable and mindful.
Do I need any prior meditation experience?
None. This program starts with the simplest meditation techniques, called breath awareness, which Hannah will teach you how to do yourself during Week 1. If you already have a meditation practice, this will deepen it. If you're brand new, this is the gentlest and most supported place to begin.
How much time does this require each day?
In the first week, roughly 15–20 minutes. By week five, your full practice may be 30–45 minutes, depending on the habits you choose to stack. The program is designed to grow with you — nothing is added before you're ready for it.
Who is this program for?
This program is for any woman who is ready for a change and wants a structured, supported, and sustainable way to begin. You don't need to have it figured out. You don't need to know what your ritual looks like yet. You just need to be willing to show up for yourself for six weeks and trust the process.
