Let's do “The Work” Together

1:1 Coaching is for anyone who is interested in learning practices and rituals that allow for deeper connection to intuition and Self. Coaching includes a combination of meditation and somatic release techniques that help the body release physical stress and trauma. Meditation and somatics are both nervous system regulation techniques that are foundational for tapping into the subconscious mind and creating a sense of safety in the body. When we practice tools like these, we create enough space to notice where we’ve been operating on autopilot and where we may actually like to make changes in how we show up in our daily lives.

Online coaching may be for you if:

  • You’ve been living with long-term stress or burnout, and feel stuck.

  • You feel disconnected from your body and want to learn how to feel safe in it again.

  • You want to build a consistent meditation or mindfulness practice, but keep falling off because nothing has felt sustainable yet.

  • You sense there's a version of you that's more expressed, more visible, and more free, and you want help getting there.

  • You know something needs to shift, but you can't quite name what it is yet.

Online coaching may not be the right fit if:

  • You're looking for a quick fix or want someone to "fix" you in a single session. This work unfolds over time, in layers.

  • You're in the middle of an acute mental health crisis and need clinical support. Coaching complements therapy but is NOT a substitute for it.

  • You want someone to tell you exactly who to be or what to do — this work is about reconnecting you to your own inner authority, not creating dependence on mine.
