Online Somatics Coaching with Hannah
Somatics & Meditation Coaching
1:1 Coaching is for anyone interested in learning rituals that allow for deeper connection to intuition, alleviating symptoms of stress (including physical pain and tension), or experiencing long-term stress or burnout. Coaching includes a combination of somatic exercises and meditation techniques. Somatic exercises are small, gentle movements designed to release stored stress and trauma from the body. When we practice tools like these, we create enough space to notice what triggers our stress and respond to it in a more regulated and resilient way.
Online coaching may be for you if:
You’re feeling exhausted and disconnected from your body and want to feel more ease and less stress in daily life.
You’re just discovering the mind-body connection and you want to know for certain that what you’re doing is actually working from a science-backed approach to nervous system work.
You’ve done the retreats, the coaching, the holistic practices and want this to be the season where the transformation actually sticks.
You want to trust yourself enough to take action toward a life you actually want to be living.
Online coaching may NOT be the right fit if:
You're looking for a quick fix or want someone to "fix" you in a single session. This work unfolds over time, in layers.
You're in the middle of an acute mental health crisis and need clinical support. Coaching complements therapy but is NOT a substitute for it.
You want someone to tell you exactly who to be or what to do — this work is about reconnecting you to your own inner authority, not creating dependence on mine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Somatics is a way of working with the body that focuses on internal sensation and felt experience, rather than how a movement looks from the outside. Instead of pushing for strength or flexibility, somatic practice uses slow, gentle, often small movements to help the nervous system recognize safety, release chronic tension, and move out of stress patterns the body may have been holding onto for years. It's less about exercise in the traditional sense and more about reconnecting with the body through awareness.

Regular somatic practice can support a calmer, more regulated nervous system, which often shows up as better sleep, fewer symptoms of stress (pain, restlessness, gut health issues, menstrual pain, sleep issues, skin issues) and more ease in your body day to day. Over time, many people also notice less chronic tension, greater body awareness, and more capacity to handle stress with resilience. It pairs well with other movement and mental health practices rather than replacing them.

We meet online via Zoom weekly for either a 30 or 60-minute 1:1 session, where we check in on your goals and whatever has come up for you that week, and move through exercises together. You'll get the recording from your session to practice with on your own throughout the week, until we meet again. Between sessions, you can reach out with questions any time from 9am–6pm. It takes around 30 days for stress and trauma to release out of the body and around 60 days to create a new neural pathway. Coaching contracts start at a minimum of 3 months so that there is plenty time for the body to respond to the somatics portion and integrate the work done for any specific goals you have for yourself.

It is recommended that you keep things gentle while you're moving through somatics sessions. High-intensity training keeps your body in a sympathetic (fight-or-flight) state, which works against the downregulation this work is designed to support. Walking, swimming, restorative Pilates, and easy cycling all pair well alongside it.

Yes. Somatic and nervous-system work often brings feelings to the surface that weren't fully processed the first time aroud. That can look like tears, irritability, or a wave of tiredness. It doesn't mean anything has gone wrong. Let whatever comes up move through without needing to explain it.
